Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems or manual order pads.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve complaints effectively and courteously.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
