Key Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.

- Clear tables efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a hygienic and safe working environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

- Proven experience as a Waiter or Server in a busy restaurant setting.
