Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and present menus upon arrival.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, courteously, and according to service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including side stations and service stations.
- Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
