Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests to the dining area.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests efficiently and courteously.
- Clear tables, set up new place settings, and ensure dining areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the dining area.
