Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead vocational instructors in delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
- Prepare classrooms, workshops, and learning materials before and after practical sessions.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students during practical tasks and projects.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are clean, well-maintained, and safely stored.
- Help maintain accurate student attendance records and progress reports.
- Support the management and organisation of training resources and supplies.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere for all students.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of programs.
