Career.supersecrets is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our growing team in Masafi, Fujairah. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Design and execute captivating window displays, in-store product presentations, and promotional areas.
- Ensure all displays are aesthetically pleasing, commercially effective, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand product promotions, inventory levels, and sales goals.
- Regularly review and refresh visual displays to keep the store environment dynamic and engaging.
- Manage display props, fixtures, and signage inventory, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Conduct market research on current visual merchandising trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in Masafi.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all display setups.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective visual displays.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and space utilization.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus).
- Ability to work hands-on, including lifting, carrying, and arranging display items.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local market trends and cultural preferences in the UAE, particularly Masafi.
