Key Responsibilities
- Assist producers and directors with pre-production tasks including location scouting, scheduling, and prop acquisition.
- Provide comprehensive on-set support during shoots, including setting up and breaking down equipment (cameras, lighting, audio), managing talent, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle data wrangling, media management, and assist with logging and organizing footage post-shoot.
- Perform basic video editing, graphic design, and sound mixing tasks as needed under supervision.
- Maintain, organize, and inventory all production equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Run errands and manage administrative tasks essential to the production process, demonstrating strong time management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, communicating updates and challenges proactively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1+ year) in a video production environment or related field.
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively in a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic production schedules.
- Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
