Key Responsibilities
- Assist producers and directors with pre-production tasks, including research, scheduling, and location scouting.
- Set up, operate, and breakdown production equipment such as cameras, lighting, audio recorders, and grip gear.
- Provide on-set support during shoots, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage and organize media assets, including footage, audio files, and graphics.
- Assist with basic editing tasks, logging footage, and preparing project files for post-production.
- Handle administrative duties such as coordinating logistics, managing petty cash, and maintaining equipment inventory.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on set and during equipment handling.
- Transport equipment and personnel to and from shoot locations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, talent, and clients to facilitate production.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with professional video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
