Job Description
As a Vendor Management Specialist at PwC, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our relationships with external vendors. This involves strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough vendor research, selection, and evaluation processes.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance against established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Manage vendor communications and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Track vendor expenses and ensure cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on vendor performance and spending.
- Continuously improve vendor management processes and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of vendor management principles and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management or a related role
- Proven track record of successful vendor relationship management
- Experience working in a professional services environment (preferred)
