Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move and park various types of vehicles within the designated yard areas.
- Conduct initial visual inspections of vehicles for any existing damage upon arrival and departure, accurately documenting findings.
- Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery, including basic cleaning, detailing, and ensuring they meet presentation standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the vehicle yard at all times.
- Ensure all vehicles are correctly tagged, ticketed, and accurately logged into inventory systems.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and tracking of vehicle movements.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support other team members and assist with general yard operations as required to maintain efficiency.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervision.
Required Skills
- Valid Code 8 (B) South African driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and high level of reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
