Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and mechanics with routine vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
- Perform basic vehicle checks including fluid levels, tire pressure, and lights under supervision.
- Clean and organize the workshop area, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Retrieve and prepare tools, parts, and supplies required for maintenance jobs.
- Support in the documentation of repair work and parts inventory.
- Assist with tire changes, lubrication, and filter replacements.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Learn and adapt to new maintenance techniques and vehicle technologies as guided by experienced staff.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics or strong willingness to learn.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
