Your primary responsibility will be to safely and courteously park and retrieve customer vehicles, meticulously ensuring a seamless flow of traffic on our bustling lot while upholding the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure, offering exceptional service.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain an organized and accessible parking lot, ensuring clear pathways.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage before and after parking, reporting any new issues promptly.
- Assist customers with loading/unloading belongings as needed.
- Operate various makes and models of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other dealership personnel.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, including the valet station and customer drop-off zone.
- Assist with minor tasks around the dealership as directed by management.
Required Skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating a wide range of vehicle types.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
