Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team in Leeds. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our online betting and gaming platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to create intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces. This role requires a strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user personas, developing wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing. You will also be involved in the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and innovative individual with a passion for user-centered design. You will be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record of success in designing and delivering high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers

- Maintain and update design system components
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Experience working in the gaming or betting industry (a plus)
- Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking
