Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide directional assistance within the cinema/event venue.
- Verify tickets, guide guests to their designated seats, and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in auditoriums, lobbies, and restrooms before, during, and after screenings/events.
- Monitor audience behavior to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, addressing any disruptions respectfully.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Enforce cinema policies and procedures, including age restrictions, food and beverage regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Assist guests with special needs, including wheelchair access and other accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members (e.g., box office, concession, technical staff) to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine checks of equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuation, if necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and colleagues.
