Key Responsibilities

- Oversee curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and accreditation processes.
- Lead faculty recruitment, retention, promotion, and professional development efforts.
- Manage academic budgets and resources effectively, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Foster an inclusive and equitable academic environment that promotes diversity and student success.
- Represent the university in local, national, and international academic forums.
- Drive initiatives for interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative pedagogical approaches.
