Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations for assigned departments, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to college policies and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty and senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize college events, workshops, and student activities, from initial planning to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Assist with budget tracking, processing requisitions, invoices, and expense reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential departmental records, databases, and filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing accurate information and directing stakeholders appropriately.
- Facilitate seamless communication between various college departments, students, and external partners.
- Support the development and implementation of new administrative procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist with student registration processes, academic advising coordination, and general student support services.

Required Skills
