Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs and materials, covering technical skills, soft skills, leadership, and compliance.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions to diverse employee groups using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, venue arrangement, and maintaining accurate training records.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with business objectives and operational needs.
- Research and integrate new training methodologies, technologies, and best practices to keep learning initiatives cutting-edge and relevant.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a robust learning management system (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in conducting training needs analysis and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ATD CPLP, CIPD,或其他认可的培训专业资格).
