Key Responsibilities
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including taking and recording vital signs, medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Learn and perform basic clinical procedures under supervision, such as wound care, administering injections, and sterilizing instruments, adhering strictly to established protocols.
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage clinic inventory, restock examination rooms, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients.
- Provide compassionate patient support, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and explaining medical procedures clearly and concisely.
