Key Responsibilities
- Assist medical professionals with patient examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Measure and accurately record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments according to established protocols.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide basic patient education and communicate pre/post-procedure instructions clearly.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing.
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
