Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops focused on barista skills and customer service.
- Learn and master various coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and milk frothing techniques.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages (coffees, teas, smoothies, etc.) according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining areas.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations at all times to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies as needed.
- Learn about different coffee beans, their origins, flavor profiles, and proper storage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.
- Actively seek feedback and continuously strive for improvement in barista skills and customer interaction techniques.
