As a Tour Guide specializing in Wine & Farm experiences at Boschendal Estate, you will be the charismatic face of our rich heritage and vibrant present. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative guided tours of Boschendal Estate's vineyards, cellar, gardens, and farm operations.
- Lead structured wine tasting sessions, educating guests on varietals, terroir, and the winemaking process.
- Share Boschendal's history, heritage, and sustainable farming practices with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Answer guest questions comprehensively and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, adhering to all estate guidelines.
- Manage tour schedules, group logistics, and timing efficiently.
- Assist with tour bookings, inquiries, and relevant administrative tasks as needed.
- Continuously update knowledge on Boschendal's products, history, and agricultural initiatives through ongoing training.
- Collaborate effectively with other estate departments, including retail, culinary, and events, to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and captivating storytelling skills in English.
- Strong foundational knowledge of viticulture, winemaking processes, and wine tasting principles.
