Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, informative, and entertaining guided tours of various attractions and points of interest across Abuja and its environs.
- Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of historical facts, cultural nuances, local anecdotes, and current events relevant to tour destinations.
- Customise tour itineraries to cater to the specific interests and demographics of diverse groups (individuals, families, corporate, international).
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including transportation coordination, timing, and problem-solving unforeseen issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, handling feedback, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
