Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours for individuals and groups, showcasing the best of Yangoji and Abuja.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of local history, culture, traditions, landmarks, and natural attractions.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests, physical capabilities, and demographics of diverse groups.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Manage time effectively to adhere to tour schedules and itineraries.
- Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and resourcefulness, providing solutions as needed.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Tour Guide or in a related public-facing role.
- Exceptional knowledge of Yangoji, Abuja, including its history, culture, geography, and attractions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo) is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
