As a freelance Tour Guide, you will be the face of unforgettable adventures, curating and delivering engaging narratives, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of your groups, and providing an authentic local perspective. You’ll be responsible for bringing the city’s landmarks, hidden gems, and local life to vivid life for tourists, business travelers, and local explorers alike.
Your role will involve developing engaging tour itineraries, whether it’s exploring the architectural marvels of the Three Arms Zone, the serene beauty of Jabi Lake, the bustling markets, or the vibrant arts scene. We are looking for individuals who can adapt to various client needs, from solo travelers seeking a personalized experience to large groups desiring a comprehensive overview of the city. You will manage tour logistics, handle participant inquiries, and ensure all activities run smoothly, providing an exceptional level of customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing participant inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit different group dynamics, ages, and interests.
- Promote local businesses and cultural experiences where appropriate, enriching the visitor's journey.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and presentation.
- Collect feedback from tour participants to continuously improve service quality.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Abuja's geography, history, culture, and points of interest.
- Excellent verbal communication and storytelling abilities in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
