Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging and informative tours of various attractions across Abuja, tailored to diverse interests (history, culture, nature, food, etc.).
- Share compelling stories and accurate historical/cultural information about landmarks, traditions, and local life in Abuja.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Handle logistical aspects of tours, including timing, transportation coordination, and entry arrangements.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit different group sizes, ages, and physical abilities.
- Continuously update knowledge about Abuja’s attractions, events, and local developments.

Required Skills
