Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, informative, and safe tours for individuals and groups across various attractions in Abuja and surrounding areas.
- Share compelling narratives about the history, culture, politics, and daily life of Abuja and Nigeria.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, routes, and coordinating with drivers or local vendors when necessary.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide relevant information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and needs of diverse groups (e.g., families, corporate groups, international tourists).
- Stay updated on local events, new attractions, and relevant news that may impact tours.

Required Skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a tour guide or in a related customer-facing role
- In-depth knowledge of Abuja's history, culture, geography, landmarks, and current affairs
- Exceptional public speaking and storytelling abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage groups effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere
