Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, informative, and entertaining tours for individuals and groups across Karu and Abuja.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, landmarks, and current events.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, transportation, and meeting points.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the group's interests, age, and physical capabilities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues professionally.
- Promote local businesses and cultural practices responsibly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Collect and provide feedback to enhance future tour experiences.
