Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours around Kuje, Abuja, and surrounding areas, highlighting key attractions, historical sites, and cultural insights.
- Develop and deliver compelling narratives, historical facts, and local anecdotes that captivate tour participants.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all tour group members throughout the duration of the excursion.
- Manage tour logistics, including scheduling, transportation coordination (if applicable), and adherence to planned itineraries.
- Handle unexpected situations or challenges professionally and efficiently, making on-the-spot decisions when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all guests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and any relevant changes in regulations or access.
- Collect feedback from tour participants to continuously improve the tour experience.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
