Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging, informative, and entertaining tours of New Orleans’ various attractions and districts, including walking and bus tours.

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests throughout the duration of the tour.
  • Manage tour group logistics, including adherence to schedules and navigating city streets and sites efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of New Orleans’ history, current events, cultural trends, and popular attractions.
  • Represent Gray Line New Orleans professionally and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and excellence.
  • Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
