Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor textile production machinery (e.g., spinning, weaving, finishing equipment) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from production lines.
- Conduct visual inspections of products for quality defects and report any issues promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines diligently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all workplace safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Package finished textile products according to company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Adhere to production schedules and contribute to meeting daily output targets.
- Perform general factory duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
