Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations, utilizing electronic prescribing systems.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' health problems.
- Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and preventive care strategies, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic health records (EHR) of all patient encounters.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in telemedicine.
- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality in a remote setting.

Required Skills
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
- Minimum of 3 years (36 months) of direct patient care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Proven experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote environment.
