Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient consultations for diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses for acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice and state regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure continuity of care.

Required Skills
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee (APRN-BC/NP).
- Current DEA registration.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC or AANP).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine.
