Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Provide patient education on health conditions, preventative care, and medication management.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses through virtual consultations.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviews.
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines for telehealth practice.

Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in Indiana.
- Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice (MSN/DNP) degree from an accredited program.
- National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care, urgent care, or a telehealth setting.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual patient panel effectively.
