Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, including history taking, symptom evaluation, and diagnostic formulation, for diverse patient populations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of practice via telehealth platforms.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans, including prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and initiating referrals to specialists when appropriate.
- Provide patient education on disease management, preventative care, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices through virtual channels.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient encounters, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures related to telehealth and professional practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Current, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Texas.
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., FNP, AGPCNP, ANP).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably with some telehealth exposure.
- Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and virtual communication platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Strong diagnostic reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet home office environment.
