Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical direction for complex software projects, from conception through to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with clients, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and enhance product capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and code inspections to ensure adherence to design principles and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the long-term stability and maintainability of solutions.
- Develop technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and documentation to clearly communicate design decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights on complex technical challenges.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar senior software engineering role.
- Deep understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven, MVC).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java).
- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
