Career.supersecrets is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the vibrant team at a reputable private school located in Kayonza, Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and preparing engaging classroom activities and materials.
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and address specific needs.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, playtime, lunch, and other school events.
- Assist with classroom management, encouraging good behavior and respect among students.
- Provide administrative support to the teacher, including grading papers, preparing reports, and organizing supplies.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school administration regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings as required.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.
