Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects (dependent on specialism) to students aged 4-18.
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities in accordance with the UK National Curriculum guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and challenging classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student welfare and academic success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, staff meetings, and extra-curricular activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.

Required Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent internationally recognized teaching qualification.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a relevant subject.
