Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across assigned subjects (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies) adhering strictly to the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to active learning and student well-being.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement and attendance.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure discipline, focus, and a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of school-wide educational programs, policies, and special projects.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, clubs, or sports to enhance holistic student development.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance, welfare, and school events.
