Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their desired destinations across Durbanville and the wider Western Cape region.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, conducting daily checks for roadworthiness and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, answering queries, and ensuring a pleasant journey.
- Manage cash and electronic payments accurately, providing receipts as required.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and earnings.
- Demonstrate strong geographical knowledge of Durbanville and surrounding areas, utilizing GPS when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
