Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from sourcing to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Enhance Nexon's employer brand and candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management and reporting.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment technologies.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to represent Nexon and attract talent.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent using diverse methods.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries.
- Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
- Familiarity with Korean labor laws and recruitment regulations.
