Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions, primarily in technology, product, and corporate functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networks, and community events, to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions.
- Negotiate and extend offers, ensuring a smooth and positive closing experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our ATS.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events (e.g., career fairs, tech meetups).
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and market intelligence to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on various HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced, global technology or e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including advanced boolean search, social media, and professional networking.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with an ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – experience with Workday is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for technology-focused roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists).
- Familiarity with the Dutch labor market and local recruitment practices.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Dutch) are a plus.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
