Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Coscharis Motors Plc, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from developing recruitment strategies to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. You’ll use various tools and techniques to identify qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events. You’ll also handle the administrative side of recruiting, including tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and managing offer letters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking events).
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience using various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
