Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative solutions using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, process automation, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, IT, commercial) and external clients to understand requirements, define project scope, and secure buy-in.
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring that optimization initiatives achieve their stated objectives and deliver expected ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in supply chain management and logistics.
- Provide expert guidance and support to operational teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a focus on optimization.
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, or similar analytical approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and German (B2 level or higher).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and international environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering).

- Experience with supply chain modeling software or simulation tools.
