Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Assistant to join a thriving organization in Minna, Niger. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily coordination of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records of shipments, inventory levels, and supplier interactions.
  • Prepare and process essential documentation, such as purchase orders, delivery notes, waybills, and customs forms.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve operational queries.
  • Support the monitoring of stock levels, assist in conducting physical inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the optimization of warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, organization, and dispatch of goods.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on key supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Participate in operational meetings and contribute ideas for streamlining processes and enhancing overall supply chain performance.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures within the supply chain environment.
