Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop, refine, and articulate strategic plans and initiatives that align with the bank's long-term objectives and vision.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives against established KPIs and overall business goals.
- Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership and the board of directors.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential threats, and areas for innovation within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with various departments, including product development, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful execution of strategic plans.
- Support the long-term business development process through rigorous analysis and insightful contributions.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and economic developments impacting the banking industry in Latvia and the Baltics.
