Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and proactively assist them with product selection, information, and inquiries.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and reconciling daily floats.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, display areas, and checkout counter.
- Replenish stock on shelves and displays, ensuring products are correctly priced, neatly arranged, and rotated as necessary.
- Professionally handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Actively participate in achieving individual and store sales targets, offering upsells and cross-sells where appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills
