Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, helping them find items, and offering recommendations.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly displayed.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing merchandise, ensuring stockroom organization.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to store management.
- Assist with merchandising efforts, including setting up promotional displays and ensuring the store layout is appealing.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety guidelines, and security procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
