Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making selections.
- Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, changing rooms, and stock areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed, correctly priced, and well-presented.
- Assist with receiving and processing new stock deliveries, including unpacking, pricing, and storing.
- Support inventory management by participating in stock counts and identifying discrepancies.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in line with company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, offering support to colleagues when needed.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
