Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, assisting with product location and information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Receive and process new inventory, including checking for damaged goods and organizing storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including shelving, aisles, and checkout areas.
- Assist in visual merchandising efforts to enhance product presentation and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security guidelines.
- Support promotional activities and special sales events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
