Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing product information and excellent service.
- Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is well-presented, clean, and inviting at all times.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new stock deliveries, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including dusting, sweeping, and tidying fitting rooms (if applicable).
- Support the store manager and other team members with various operational tasks as needed.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and safety.
